From the Ontario Seniors' Secretariat comes the Age-Friendly Community Planning Guide. It provides advice to municipalities, community groups, business groups and residents on how to implement a socially and physically inclusive community. It highlights the tools required in order to first assess the needs of the community and then how to address and implement the changes.
