The Art in the Moment app (available for free on iTunes for iPad) is a collaboration between CJE SeniorLife and the Art Institute of Chicago and is based on the Art in the Moment program, designed by the Alzheimer's Foundation of America. The app is designed as a reminiscence activity for people with cognitive impairment and their caregivers. Works of art, from the Art Institute of Chicago, are arranged by themes (or modules) and users can answer questions posed throughout the module. Users are asked to create a free account prior to listening to the module and there is closed captioning available.
