Canadian Malnutrition Task Force

The Canadian Malnutrition Task Force, sponsored by the Canadian Nutrition Society, is an interdisciplinary task force whose aim is the advancement of nutrition care in Canada.

Although much of their focus is on acute care settings, many of the tools, information sources and videos in their list of resources are broadly applicable across all health care environments, including long-term care.

Some resources of note include a video about the process involved with getting locally produced food into health care settings and a video about protected mealtimes.
