NICHE Solutions Series .

The "Solutions" Series" was designed by NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders), a nurse driven program designed to help hospitals improve the care of older adults. This series aims to provide the NICHE community and other interested audiences with the latest "success stories" related to the care of older adults.

Stories are based on the successful application of best practice solutions related to NICHE Clinical Improvement Models and other NICHE resources. "Solutions" stories are published both in printed format and on the NICHE website
