Supporting people in the Advanced Stages of Dementia Guidebook created by Skills for Care UK is intended to help care workers assist people with advanced dementia. The guidebook includes good practice examples and focuses on developing the skills of social care workers. Topics include Reminiscence and skill development; culture required for person-centred care; promoting dignity in advanced dementia care and working with other health and social care professionals.
