packages for healthcare professionals, families and patients on age-related
topics.
These information packages are a quick reference tool on
topics like: Caregiving; Dementia Care; Elder Abuse; End-of-Life Issues;
Financial Literacy and Mental Health. The tools are available
online, and can be easily accessed on a smart phone or tablet for easy access
and referral. They can also be ordered in print for a cost.
