One decade after the introduction of antiretroviiral therapy, there has been a dramatic decrease in mortality rates among those living with HIV/AIDS. Within the next decase, the majority of those living with HIV will be over 50. This document from the AIDS Community Research Initiative of America looks at the implications of the interaction of HIV with the aging process and common commorbidities of aging.
