The Canadian Network for the Prevention of Elder Abuse is a
network that intends to educate and increase awareness about elder abuse issues
facing Canadian individuals and organizations.
Although this network has been in existence for a while, they
have just launched their new website with an easy to navigate design. You can
easily access resources for creating policy and practice that aim to prevent
elder abuse and find clear definitions and examples of various types of elder
abuse.
This website has resources for older adults as well as for
those in formal or informal caregiving roles.
This resource can be accessed here: http://bit.ly/1JTFmGm
