As a part of their Towards Excellence series, Hospice UK
published this guide on the topic of how to provide quality hospice care for
people with dementia, their families, and caregivers. This document published in March 2015 is written with
recommendations geared towards hospice facilities and health care providers in
hospice and palliative care.
Hospice UK explores the topics of excellence in hospice and dementia
care and how and where these two areas of research and practice can converge to
