Over the last ten years, Info LTC has grown from the Web Pick of the Week email to a blog and a Twitter feed. We are currently undergoing an evaluation process, which involves a user survey to better understand how you use the information we post on Info LTC and if there are ways we can improve.
If you wish to participate in this evaluation process, please complete the survey by clicking on the link provided. The survey should take you approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey will close October 22nd, 2014.
Once the survey is completed you will have an opportunity to take part in a draw for a $25 Amazon Gift Card. The winner of the draw will be notified no later than October 24th. Only one entry per person.

Is this survey only open to people from Univ of Manitoba? I can't seem to access it without logging in with a UM ID.
