DemTalk is a free and
open online toolkit to help families, carers and care professionals communicate
with and for people with dementia. The website is hosted by Newcastle
University and is intended as a place to share ideas and offer advice to
enhance communication and make conversations easier for everyone involved.
The website tailored toolkits to 3 different groups of people:
family carers, social carers and healthcare professionals. The toolkits
give comprehensive advice on how to improve communication and why conversations
are important to people with dementia.
