Dementia KT Learning Centre
The Dementia KT Learning Centre is a website created by the Canadian Dementia Knowledge Translation Network (CDKTN) and is dedicated to encouraging the translation of evidenced-based medicine into practice, specifically related to Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease.
The Dementia KT Learning Centre offers a wide range of resources including: an introduction to Knowledge Translation; an overview and examples of dementia knowledge translation and information on Grants for Dementia Knowledge Translation.
