Alzheimer's Society has worked with the Department of Health to develop a best practice guide for health and social care professionals. The guide provides information, advice and resources for treatment and person-centred care for people with dementia.

To help us to make this resource as useful and effective as possible the best practice guide is now available as a consultation document. All health and social care professionals are invited to provide feedback through their online form before Monday 3 July 2011.

The final version will be released later in 2011.
