Canadian Falls Prevention Curriculum E-learning Course

Registration is now open for the next offering of the Canadian Falls Prevention Curriculum (CFPC) ELearning course through the University of Victoria. 
 
This facilitated CFPC ELLearning course will run from February 11th to March 11th, 2011, and the fee is 175 canadian dollars plus HST. 
 
If you work with older adults in long term care, acute care, home care or in the community, this four week ELearning course will help you acquire the knowledge and skills needed to apply an evidence-based approach to the prevention of falls and fall-related injuries. 
 
Through online, instructor-facilitated learning modules you will: - study online, 4 to 8 hours per week through instructor-facilitated learning modules - learn how to design, implement and evaluate a falls prevention program.
