Implementing a Community-Based Program for Dementia Caregivers: An Action Guide using REACH OUT

The Action Guide was developed in collaboration with the University of Michigan’s Institute of Gerontology
and the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors, and was supported by the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention’s Healthy Aging Program in the Division of Adult and Community Health.

As part of a series developed by the University of Michigan, this guide focuses on an often neglected but growing population of family caregivers: those caring for older adults with dementia.

This is quite nice. I agree, family caregivers opt to neglect their own health and lives just to make sure that their beloved elders are taken care of. Tending to older adults with Dementia is no joke. It can really get overwhelming at times. It's nice that there's this guide that can help out.
