Long term care is something that most of us are going to need in the future. However, I think that focusing only on buying long term care insurance is inadequate, especially if you can't afford a comprehensive ltc insurance policy. In addition to ltc insurance, we all need to work to keep our bodies healthy or make them healthier through diet and exercise. It is never too late to improve your health.
