The Pressure Ulcer Scale for Healing (PUSH) is a research-validated tool that was developed by the (NPUAP). It’s an easy to use reliable tool to monitor changes in pressure ulcer status over time.
PUSH is available in a web version and as a PDF. There are detailed instructions for using the scale. Usage and copyright information can be found on the website – this tool is free to use by any non-profit organization.
